Thank you Miss Kimmy...
It's a real nice packet they sent, explaining what to do if I see someone useing my trademarks, how to type up the letter to cease and desist, etc.
I have some screen shots to get me started to attach to a cease and desist letter as proof on their site.
I need to read the fine print tomorrow to make sure I go after the owner properly as advised by Legal Zoom. I will use them for many other things they are fast, efficient, and expensive LOL But worth it when there is a copycat trying to make others *think* they are your site.
