A special six-class yoga series “Tenderness to the Body: Yoga for Fibromyalgia/Arthritis Pain” will be held every Wednesday, Dec. 3-Jan. 21, from 11 a.m. to noon at the Vanderbilt Center for Integrative Health. (No classes Dec. 24 and 31).

The six classes are $54 and registration is required.

Certified yoga instructor Emily Lange has worked with master teachers in yoga therapy and yoga for injuries. She is gentle, kind, and builds a relationship with each client.  She creates a class environment that is safe, lending to healing and discovery.
