Itchy Rash on legs and face????

I have this itchy rash; almost like a ringworm on my legs and on the sides of my cheeks.
It just appeared like 2 days ago.  They are small red bumps some raised some are not.
I do have MCTD and I am not sure if this is because of it or not.

Can anyone help?

Sorry to hear you are itching... That would drive me crazy.
Can you post a pic for us and I'll be more than happy to do some look ups for you and post pics for you to compare.
Do you have a Dermatologist your Dr could send you to?

Hey, not sure if you have gotten an answer yet concerning your rash, but I too have MCTD, and have gotten a rash like what your describing last year and, in fact I have a small patch right now under my right eye close to my nose (where glasses might sit).  I have not gone to a dermatologist as of yet and its been about a week or so and it is slowly disappearing.  I think maybe mine is stress related, but I have used a tri-antibiotic (OTC) by applying then wipping it off after a few minutes (cause it leaves the area very shiny and its hilarous to look at    ).  It may all be in my head but it seems to be getting better!  Not sure if this has helped, I hope you have a great week!!
