Participants sought for U of R Fibromyalgia treatment study
Individuals diagnosed with fibromyalgia are being sought for a treatment study by a researcher at the University of Regina.
The University of Regina is looking for people between 18 and 60 who have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia to participate in a new treatment study. This study is being overseen by internationally-renowned pain researcher Dr. Gordon Asmundson.
The U of R is accepting the first 40 people who are eligible and willing to come twice a week for a series of 20-minute sessions. The study period will run for four weeks, with participants involved in eight sessions.
